To hold your choice of puppy, I require a deposit of $200. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the pup will not be held. The deposit of $200 is non-refundable. If the pup were to die however, I will either refund your deposit or you can transfer the deposit to another pup that is not taken or to a pup from a future litter. For the deposit, I prefer PayPal, but will accept personal checks, cashier’s check from your bank or the post office. PayPal is the easiest and the safest way for all payments. You can make checks/cashier’s checks payable to Jenelle Forkner. If paying with a personal check, I will not ship until the check clears which is usually 7 to 10 working days.
For puppies that will be spayed or neutered, ASCA/AKC registered, are usually priced as the following: Breeding rights are an additional $500.

Black tri males: $800
All puppies will be vet checked, current on shots and de-wormed before going to new homes. Tails docked and dewclaws removed at 3 days old. Pet/companion puppies are sold with limited registration, which means no breeding rights. Breeding/show prospects are sold with full rights on contract.
We ship American Airlines, Delta, or United Airlines.
The puppies from Little Creek Acres are booked through Runway Pets, Inc. They are an excellent service that offers competitive discount rates. I have not had any problems using their service in shipping across the nation. Here is a list of Pet Transportation Destinations. I do the bookings and I charge an extra fee for gas expense. It takes me 2 hours one-way drive to the nearest airport at MCI in Kansas City, MO and another 2 hour drive back home. You can read the testimonials on their site from recent customers.
The cost of shipping is around $250 for one puppy or we can ship two puppies together for $350, if they are the same size and weight preferably 8-12 weeks of age. Prices are subject to change without notice. Puppies must be 8 weeks old to ship per airline regulations. We will only ship two puppies together in cooler weather. Older puppies and adults will cost more due to weight. The shipping charge covers the cost of the crate with all required labeling, food/water dishes, vet visit, health papers, airfare, and transportation costs to and from the vet and to the airport.
We understand you may have reservations about shipping, but it really is safe and stress free to your new puppy. We do not sedate the puppies in any way. They ship awake, alert, well fed, hydrated, and comfortable. Some sleep on their way and wake up in your arms, ready to love them.
Puppies are a priority with the airlines and are handled with the best of care. Only certain aircraft are equipped to transport live animals. The animals get the same pressurization and air as the passengers.
The crates used for shipping are the hard-plastic type. Attached to the crate will be a small baggie of food with a leash inside. The puppy will be wearing a collar. Remove him/her immediately and have a potty place picked out before entering your pickup place. Take him/her to potty right away. Bring water from home. There will be two dishes attached to the inside of the crate. Water your puppy immediately after potty time. Plan to stay at your pickup place for a few minutes to offer exercise and a bite of food before heading home. Send me a quick text when you have the puppy in your care then we can keep in touch in the day, or the following day to address questions/concerns after you have had some time to observe and interact with your puppy.
You will find important paperwork attached to the crate. Inside will be your registration paperwork, a copy of the Health Guarantee, your puppy’s health records with a schedule to follow and copies of all parents' lab reports, so be sure to take the entire packet and its contents with you to the vet so he/she can make copies for your puppies file. My contact information is attached should your vet have questions.
Your puppy may not be exposed to temperatures of less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit, unless there is an acclimation statement by a Veterinarian or temperatures above 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Please understand that during the summer months when the temperatures are high, sometimes I must reschedule shipping the puppy due to the temperatures.
